All Declaration of Major sessions are currently full.
New sessions will be posted Spring 2010
Requirements:
1. You must have already taken a minimum of three (3) courses from the required course list of the option you are interested in: Exercise Science, Sport Management, Exercise Physiology, or Applied Kinesiology. The required course lists are located in the AStudent Majors Handbook@ section on our web site - www.exsci.rutgers.edu.
2. The three courses mentioned above, must have been taken at Rutgers University - transfer courses do not count for the purpose of the interview.
3. You must have a 2.0 GPA overall, as well as a 2.0 GPA in all courses already taken from the required course list (minimum of 3 courses). Your transcript will be checked to insure this requirement has been met.
4. Transfer students who entered Rutgers in the Fall 2009 semester are strongly encouraged to attend a meeting.
If you meet the above criteria, you must register for one of the following group interview times:
Friday November 6, 2009 - 2:15 - 4:45 PM FULL
Friday November 13, 2009 - 2:15 - 4:45 PM FULL
If you have any questions regarding the above procedure, please call 732-932-9525. To register for one of the above sessions, stop by and see Jan, Sharon or Mary in the main office of the Department of Exercise Science and Sport Studies, Loree Gym, Douglass Campus.
