* Prerequisite required (see catalog) Total Credit Hours = 74 - 76.5 1,2,3,4 Prerequisites waived for declared Exercise Science majors in the Sport Management Option. Students should not approach the Dept. of Communications for permission to take any course above the 100-level until they have officially declared the major. Declared Sport Management Option majors should request special permission from the Dept. of Communications prior to preregistration, and must show a copy of their transcript at time of request.
5Agribusiness Marketing (11:373:231) (offered Fall only) is an acceptable substitute. If both courses are taken, one course can be considered a 3-credit elective.
6Organizational and Personnel Psychology (01:830:373) is an acceptable substitute. If both courses are taken, one course can be considered a 3-credit elective.
7Must have a minimum of 90 credits overall and be a formally declared Exercise Science and Sport Studies major.
8Must have a minimum of 90 credits overall, 20 credits in the major, be a formally declared Exercise Science and Sport Studies major and make formal application to the chair of the department.
9Up to 3 credits can be selected from the mini-courses listed on page 11.
NOTE: 377:319 cannot be taken for credit by Sport Management Option students.
